Returns and exchanges
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Pick New York. If something doesn't fit, you can request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
To start the returns process, please email us at info@picknewyork.com , quoting your order number. You can find it in the order confirmation email. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with clear instructions for returning your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged & defective products
If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@picknewyork.com .
Please quote your order number and attach clear photographs of the problem so that we can review it quickly and find a suitable solution.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour of the same item, please email us at info@picknewyork.com to check availability. This will help to avoid any delays or issues with stock availability.

Non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalised or custom-made items;
- Hygiene or personal care items;
Gift cards.
- Items sold at final sale prices.
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before shipping it back.

When will I receive my refund?
 Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. After the inspection is completed, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that once the refund has been processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 14 days after confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item is not defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items that are lost in the post.
